S+A have worked on such projects as the Sheldom M. Chumir Health Centre and Chinook Centre Shopping Mall. The Mechanical side of things involves mechanical systems such as "HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection and building automation". The Electrical side involves "power, lighting and life safety systems".
