We have the Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) team on board as our marketing team, and they will be helping to craft marketing materials to help promote our remaining space for sale as well as the newly leaseable portions of the Meadows Mile Professional Building.
We met with David Lees and Rick Urbanczyk of Jones Lang Lasalle to discuss the marketing materials, including an upcoming brochure for the Professional Building and a change of contact info on our site sign. JLL will be taking over for any buying and leasing inquiries from now on, freeing us up to work on the plans for our Lot 2 development.
On top of that, look for an article in tomorrow's issue of the Calgary Real Estate board magazine, in the Calgary Herald. Jamie Zachary from CREB contacted us for the 'Pop the Question' feature in tomorrow's issue.
