Next Project Announcement | Meadows Mile Lot 2

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially secured Meadows Mile Lot 2 for our next project. This means we will have even more exciting updates to come on the next stages of development. We already have the Meadows Mile Professional Centre underway, and now we have another gorgeous piece of land on the escarpment to work with.

In the image on the right we have the Meadows Mile Professional Centre lot marked out in blue, and our new lot marked out in red. Both lots look over the escarpment, and are the first two lots a commuter would pass when entering the Meadows Mile development off Blackfoot via the 85th Street entrance.

Designs for this development is already underway, including space for professional offices as well as a prime site for a restaurant anchor tenant. We have some ideas for this spot, and conversations are under way with potential tenants. We don't have anything set in stone yet, but we are sure that this development, like the Meadows Mile Professional Centre, will feature unique architectural design and an excellent location.
