Starbucks Rendering | Meadows Mile Professional Centre

You may have noticed in a recent post on the Meadows Mile Professional Building, or perhaps on our new website, that one of our many selling features is the inclusion of an on-site Starbucks. We're thrilled to have Starbucks as a confirmed anchor tenant for Lot 1 on Meadows Mile. We've been working with our designer Andrew Martschenko, of Parataxis, and Jaydean Boldt, of Focus Equities, to design a building that pairs nicely with our Professional Building. Our most current rendering of the Starbucks should give you an idea of the direction we're going in.

The building features the same vertical composition and Edwardian Classical nods, while still maintaining the sleek modern qualities of a contemporary building, and enough glass to show off the stunning views of the site. All that paired with the iconic Starbucks branding, and we've got ourselves a solid on-site cafe (complete with drive-through window on the far side). Professional Centre tenants, as well as there clientele, will appreciate having a recognizable and convenient vendor on the lot.
